| The unmodified phosphorus slag powder was incorporated into asphalt to improve the high temperature performance of asphalt,which is difficult to disperse evenly.After the TM-P was used to modify the phosphorus slag powder,it’s dispersion in asphalt has been improved,and the corresponding properties have also been improved compared to the asphalt which was modified by the unmodified phosphorous slag powder.The inorganic powder was combined with commonly used road modifiers to make a composite modified asphalt and it’s performance impact was explored.The surface properties of the phosphorous slag powder had been changed after it was modified.And the modification effect was analyzed by infrared spectrum test.It proved that the surface of the modified phosphorus slag powder is covered with a layer of polymer film and it’s compatibility with the asphalt has been improved.Reference to other’s related literature,the addition of the other three modifiers were determined first,SBS is 5%,SBR is 3%,EVA is 4%(in terms of asphalt mass fraction).And then different kinds of different amounts of compound modified asphalt were prepared by adjusting the surface modified phosphate slag powder.Three index tests and SHRP tests were carried out on the prepared composite modified asphalt,and the effects of different modifiers and different amounts of phosphorus slag powder on their performance were analyzed,including the high-temperature anti-rutting performance,low-temperature rheological properties and anti-aging performance of asphalt and so on.Through the comparative analysis of experimental data,the optimum content of phosphorus slag powder under the respective modifiers was studied.The best content of phosphorus slag powder in SBS/phosphorus slag powder composite modified asphalt was 12%.The best content of phosphorus slag powder in SBR/phosphorus slag powder composite modified asphalt was 17%.The best content of phosphorus slag powder in EVA/phosphorus slag powder composite modified asphalt was 15%.The AC-16 type asphalt mixture was prepared using 3%SBR +17%phosphorus slag powder composite modified asphalt,and the road performance of the mixture was verified.According to the marshall design method specified in the code and the design gradation,the best bottom stone ratio was 4.8%.The hamburg wheel rutting test showed that the high temperature performance of the asphalt mixture with phosphorus slag powder was improved.Freeze-thaw splitting test and immersion marshall test showed that the incorporation of the phosphorus slag powder can also improve it’s anti-water damage capability.The low temperature bending test showed that the phosphorus slag powder had an adverse effect on the low temperature performance,but the effect was not significant. |
