Global environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,and resource depletion is becoming increasingly prominent.For the sake of economic development,low-carbon,economic and environmental protection economic development mode is the first choice for each country.The characteristics of new energy electric vehicles,such as low environmental pollution,high cleanliness and good energy-saving effect,have become the trend of the future development of the transportation industry.The development of new energy vehicles will also drive the synchronous development of auxiliary facilities such as charging stations and charging piles.Based on the full investigation of the current situation of electric vehicles in China,this thesis analizes the user needs of the charging related facilities of electric vehicles,and puts forward the design scheme of AC charging pile for electric vehicles,which has remarkable advantages of high intelligence,stable operation,reliable performance and humanization.In the aspect of hardware design,the components of each module are designed and selected by calculating the parameters according to the established design indexes.The main control system uses S3C44B0X processor,which is responsible for the coordination and control of charging and discharging of charging piles.It mainly includes battery voltage management,IC card reading and writing control,network interface,CAN communication interface,LCD interface and so on.Under the coordination of the main control system,the data communication and control of each circuit are realized.The collection and control of battery voltage information,card authentication,charging control and cost settlement,remaining amount inquiry,charging amount recording and printing are achieved.In the aspect of software design,besides completing the main program of the software system and the program design of the charging process,the communication and control related programs of each module circuit are also designed.Visual Basic 6.0 is used to develop the monitoring software of the host computer,which is used to receive,process and save the working status and measurement value of the charging pile.It is convenient for managers to make statistical analysis and assist decision-making.The main circuit is modeled by using the simulation software of MATLAB/Simulink.The AC-DC part and DC-DC converter part of the circuit are modeled.The simulation results show that the design of the main circuit topology and the selection of the calculation parameters of the related components are reasonable.Through the function test of a single circuit and on-line comprehensive function test.The test results show that the function of each independent circuit is normal,and the function of the whole system can complete all data acquisition and processing under the control of the main controller.The expected design task of the whole system is basically realized,and the system works stably and meets the requirements.
