| The comprehensive line loss rate is an important index to measure the economic benefits of power grid,which reflects the loss of power in the process of production,operation and maintenance of power grid.With the concept of power grid enterprise management changing from"extensive"to"fine"and then from"fine"to"lean",power grid enterprises put forward higher requirements for line loss management.According to the current situation of line loss management in municipal power supply enterprises,traditional line loss management can not achieve precise target-seeking,effective target-matching,weak guidance of line loss management suggestions,and can not form closed-loop management.This thesis proposes a multi-dimensional and multi-level line loss management evaluation system for municipal power supply enterprises.This thesis uses the optimal benchmark to analyze the current situation of line loss management of a city network enterprise in a certain area of Southern China Power Grid,and seeks for the weak link of line loss management in the city network enterprise,so as to guide the work of line loss management and reduce the loss,thus resolving the shortcoming of"precise bidding"at present.The evaluation system of line loss management in substation and station area is established,and the optimization object is refined,which overcomes the weak guidance of single-level line loss management index system.Among them,line loss situation management is carried out to quantify its own shortcomings and guide line loss management more effectively through critical reference value.Six sigma management strategy is adopted to rationally optimize the process of line loss management measures,construct closed-loop line loss management,and improve the level of line loss management.To sum up,this thesis improves the level of line loss management of prefectural and municipal power grids by means of multi-dimensional and multi-level line loss management index system,optimal benchmarking theory,line loss situation management and six sigma management strategy.Finally,the line loss management of a power supply enterprise in a southern power network area is analyzed.The example shows that,compared with the traditional line loss management system using comprehensive evaluation,the introduction of the optimal benchmark can accurately identify the weak links of line loss management in power supply enterprises of municipal power network.Establishing a multi-level line loss management system to enhance the directivity of line loss management in power supply enterprises of municipal power network,optimizing the implementation process of line loss measures by adopting Six Sigma management strategy and a closed loop of line loss management can enhance the power supply enterprises of municipal power network.Applicability of line loss management to realize line loss lean management. |
