With the increase of GDP per capita in China,the number of vehicles per capita keeps increasing,which leads to a series of traffic congestion and traffic pollution problems in major cities.The government has put forward a series of policies to prioritize the development of public transportation in response to related problems,aiming to alleviate the congestion problem by reducing the per capita occupancy of urban roads.In addition,relevant studies have shown that motor vehicles will increase fuel consumption and emit a large amount of exhaust gas when idling at intersections.Therefore,how to implement the bus signal at intersections on the basis of considering the emission of motor vehicle pollutants has become the focus of this paper.This article in view of Beijing traffic congestion situation and related policy of vigorously developing the public transport,urban road intersection as the breakthrough point,with the help of a Synchro software,Xidawang Road and Songyunan of south road intersection as research object,has carried on the intersection emission and the research of signal timing and research results show that the intersection of the pollutants discharge and signal timing has certain relations,does not necessarily signal timing scheme optimum conditions,minimum pollution,thus not only take delay in optimizing as the only index.Therefore,this paper proposes a multi-objective control model of bus priority based on passenger travel time benefit and environmental benefit,which is mainly combined with green light extension for priority control.Finally,the strategy model is simulated and verified.In order to clearly show the research in this paper,the research content is divided into six parts.Firstly,the research status of bus signal priority at home and abroad is summarized,and the research method and content of this paper are proposed according to the current research status.Secondly,the control theory related to signal control intersection bus priority is analyzed.At the intersection,Synchro software is used to study the relationship between the discharge and the signal timing.The research results show that there is a certain relationship between the discharge and the signal timing,and it is not the case that the longer the signal period,the better.Based on the above theoretical knowledge,the research focus of this paper is the bus signal priority model based on emissions,and the simulation is carried out through the micro simulation software TransModeler.The results show that the model proposed in this paper can well reduce the emission of the intersection,effectively reduce the delay of the intersection,and improve the service level of the entire intersection.
