The cableway has a wide range of applications in tourism,mining,transportation and other industries.Safety,stability,reliability and comfort of reciprocating passenger overhead cableway are important technical parameters to be considered when designing and manufacturing.Normalizing the design and manufacture of ropeway and ensuring its safe and reliable operation is a problem that must be faced by the research and design of ropeway.This paper studied the stability of the double passenger overhead cableway based on the second-order elastic variation.Based on ABAQUS finite element tool software,the finite element analysis of reciprocating overhead cableway was used to study the stability of its statics and vibration dynamics.The equilibrium equation is established by geometric nonlinear analysis of suspension cables.(1)Based on suspension vibration dynamics,the second order elastic geometrical nonlinear equation of passenger overhead cableway is derived.(2)Based on the incremental theory,the element tangent stiffness matrix is obtained by the UL method and the virtual work equation.The fine mechanical analysis model of suspension cable is obtained.(3)Based on the large deformation formula of second-order elasticity,the theoretical analysis of the suspension cable structure is carried out.Through the calculation of the cableway example,the correctness and validity of the analytical mechanics model and calculation method proposed in this paper are proved.(4)Using ABAQUS finite element software,the cableway model is established,and the grid is divided and the load is applied.The cableway is selected under two different conditions:free state and wind load,and the maximum stress is obtained when the cable car is located.Suspended cables may be in danger.The dynamic characteristics were studied,and stress,strain,displacement and vibration patterns were obtained.The research work in this paper is of great significance for improving the stability and performance of reciprocating overhead cableways.It provides theoretical basis for the overall design of reciprocating cableways.The theoretical calculation of the cableway will also be more scientific and accurate and reliable.
