| In recent years,China’s economy has developed rapidly,but there are still bad aspects that come with it.Especially in urban areas of China,there will be haze weather every winter,which involves a large range and a long duration,which seriously affects China’s social production also affects all aspects of people’s lives.Coal-fired heating is the winter heating method adopted in most northern China’s rural areas,and the burning is basically coal without desulfurization.Because coal is not fully burned,it will produce a lot of harmful gases and soot,so the combustion of coal is caused by air pollution.One of the main reasons.At the same time,the main heating form in the northern urban area is central heating.Most of the charging methods are based on the building area.The residents cannot flexibly adjust according to their own heating needs.Therefore,design a kind according to the actual heating needs of users.It is necessary to control the heating period by itself and control the temperature and humidity in the compartment to reduce air pollution and save energy.Based on the above-mentioned realistic needs and background,aiming at reducing environmental pollution and improving heating quality,this paper proposes a heating scheme that is close to the demand by means of household decentralized electric heating.This design uses ARM-STM32F401 as the core controller to collect the tank temperature,the outlet water temperature and the return water temperature through the pt100 and DHT11 temperature sensors,and by setting the upper limit temperature and the lower limit temperature,the core temperature control algorithm is controlled based on the PID algorithm.The water tank temperature is adjusted to a constant temperature.The pressure is sensed by the pressure sensor while the voltage parameters are collected to ensure safety.The temperature sensor collects three temperature controllers to control the opening and closing of the two pumps respectively,and can simultaneously control the temperature and humidity of each room to ensure a constant room temperature.The user can switch the mode and adjustthe parameters in each mode by operating the DGUS touch screen,including the mode working time period,the upper and lower limits of each temperature,and the heating position of the heater.The running process is written to the work log during the running of the device.When the system runs incorrectly,an alarm will be issued.For example,if the working voltage is abnormal,the heater is faulty,etc.,the log will be recorded.The maintenance manager can accurately find the problem by checking the log and eliminate the fault in time.At the same time,the system is connected to the OneNET cloud platform,and the user can remotely view the current temperature and humidity conditions and trends,and the system operation status can be seen at a glance.Through the test of system stability and energy consumption,it is found that the system can stably implement related functions,accurately control the temperature and humidity of the compartment,and is more energy-efficient than ordinary electric heating equipment,reducing the power consumption during non-heating period,and logging.Accurate,this system has achieved the desired results. |
