When the building is located in an area with high wind pressure and heavy rainfall,its surrounding structure is prone to water leakage.In addition,the problems of deformation,crack and glue opening in the process of building use also easily lead to the seepage of the surrounding structure.Therefore,the seepage phenomenon can be effectively avoided by setting a waterproof layer outside the insulation layer of the enclosure structure.At the same time,in order to effectively remove the water vapor in the insulation layer and avoid condensation,the waterproof layer must have the vapor permeability function,so the application of waterproof vapor permeability film just solved the waterproof and vapor permeability requirements of the envelope,and was introduced into the application of building energy saving.The purpose of this paper is to study the application of waterproof vapor permeable membrane in building energy saving.Combined with the project of Qingdao passive house technology center,the basic principle of waterproof vapor permeable membrane and its application in the insulation layer of building envelope were studied.Reducing building heat transfer is the key to building energy saving,especially indoor heat transfer in winter and outdoor heat transfer in summer.The heat preservation performance of building envelope directly affects the heat transfer of building.The larger the heat conduction area,the smaller the thermal resistance coefficient,and the more the heat transfer.Therefore,the key to building energy conservation is to enhance the thermal insulation performance of the envelope,improve the thermal resistance coefficient,enhance the heat insulation function and prevent the heat transfer.Through the research on the production process,working principle,structure of insulation layer and the harm of water to insulation layer of waterproof vapor permeable film,the effect of waterproof vapor permeable film on waterproof and preventing condensation of insulation layer is analyzed.Combined with the practical application of the passive house,through the collision with the German technical personnel on the waterproof vapor permeable membrane testing standard,it is concluded that the waterproof vapor permeable membrane testing experimental standard which meets thedomestic testing standard and also meets the German and eu standards can be used as the future standard for the passive building to adopt waterproof vapor permeable membrane.Through the application of waterproof vapor permeable membrane in practical projects,the practical application effect,key points of construction technology,influence of cost and other conclusions in passive ultra-low-energy buildings are obtained,providing reference documents for the application of waterproof vapor permeable membrane in ultra-low-energy buildings in the future.
