Together with the economic growth and users’ high demands for interior &exterior environment,energy-saving technology is now being constantly developed,in which the building energy utilization rate is taken as the key factor.Energy-saving building focus much on the cut-down of greenhouse gas emissions,so as to fulfill our state energy-saving targets,sustainable development strategy as well as to be in conformity with the current global trends.Basic principle of energy-saving building follows the concepts of energy-saving,environment protection and climate-friendly,and its design is made through the study of building orientation,wind direction,building space,individual or group,exterior environment,solar radiation,and zone layout.After completion of construction,the whole building,as so called Passive House,can be self-sufficient by using recycling sources,high density airtight wall material,sound proof and heat insulation materials.Based on the Sino-Germany passive house project,the author first introduces the low consumption characteristic of the building,scope of application and its processing theory;then makes study of the construction working process and key points,brings out the QC and precautions for the construction material and equipment,the safety & environment control as well as the efficiency analysis.In this pilot project,for the purpose of reaching the passive house standards,more than 30 technology are systematically integrated such as outer wall insulation,roof insulation,energy-saving door&window,adjustable shade,light-heat conversion(LTHT)and ground source heat pump(GSHP)etc.,thus the self structure utilization and demands for indoor comfort are optimized,high-efficiency venting heat recycling units are fully used,as well as the air-tightness and heat insulation of peripheral structure are guaranteed.Through the utmost use of recycling technology and equipment,ground heat,wind and solar energy,minimum energy consumption can be realized within the whole life circle of the building.
