Since the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China approved the "Beijing Urban Master Plan(2016-2035)" in September 2017,Beijing has vigorously promoted "resolving and rectifying and promoting" and "reserved land for green space" to optimize the urban structure of Beijing.In this context,the Beijing Capital Functional Core Zone took the lead in launching the pilot project of "Urban Forest" and actively explored the construction of new greening models such as "urban forest".In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the public's expectations for landscape quality,it has become a new trend in the market to construct a scientific,standardized and quantifiable high-quality landscape.Although urban forests have relevant guidance documents,as a new thing in urban construction under the background of Beijing's whitening and greening,there is still no clear evaluation standard and construction strategy.Therefore,based on the development trend of the industry,this paper introduces the research method of landscape performance to the city.The paper first summarizes the current status of urban forest construction in Beijing and the related research on urban forest and landscape performance.Combined with relevant policies and research,it is found that the key points of urban forest construction are to give full play to ecological functions.Therefore,this paper only discusses urban forest ecological performance.Aspect of the content.Secondly,combining the domestic and international landscape performance evaluation system and the Beijing applicability principle,the urban forest landscape performance-ecological performance evaluation framework of Beijing was established.Through case study,literature indexing,field research,principal component analysis and other methods.The ecological performance indicators of five urban forests and one control park green space in the core functional area of the capital were comprehensively compared and analyzed from the three levels of independent evaluation,special evaluation and comprehensive evaluation before construction,to demonstrate whether urban forests have reached the construction target and excavated.Its construction features provide a quantitative assessment method for the practice of Beijing urban forests in the field of landscape architecture.Finally,based on the analysis results,the paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing the future construction of urban forests,and summarizes the main research conclusions,shortcomings and future prospects.In addition,due to the current differences in the construction and understanding of urban forests at home and abroad,the research object of this paper is limited to the type of "urban forest" that was built in the background of "reserved land for green space" policy in Beijing since 2017.
