Landscape Development Research Of Urban Residential District In Northern Area

Nowadays,as the rapid development of China's economic,people's living standard is improved,and they are also running for a higher level of their living environment.As one of the most important parts of modern people's place to live,the quality of residential community landscape environment makes effects to people's mental changes,physical sensations and spiritual life directly.Therefore,the residential environment of our country is changing gradually.Construction of residential environment is always an important part of urban construction in our country.As the mature and deep development of Chinese real estate industry,developers of real estate begin to construct residential communities in large scale to fulfill the living demand of urban citizens.In the environment aspect,human beings are facing severe threatens from environmental problems.Therefore.current society has already set the development pattern of the future as adhering the sustainable development situation.Construction of urban landscape is an important step for people to reach the sustainable development in the living environment aspect.However,comparing with western countries,the concept of constructing sustainable development environment starts late in our country.Domestically,the development of residential landscape in the northern area is relatively backwards.In the process of practicing,they do not form their own developing features and they don't cooperate with the planning and construction sections very well.At the same time,even though the low-gradeitem of landscape and buildings can fulfill the functionality,they are lack of ingenuity design.Because of the climate,the species of plans in northern area are simplex,and the gradation and color of plants are not abundant as those in the southern area.These problems are limited the development of residential landscape in the northern area.However,we can take advantage of the unique climate condition of the northern area to construct different scenes at all seasons and create more abundant landscapes.This thesis will take the representative city in northeastern part of China-Shenyang as an example to systematically summarize the development of residential community landscapes in the northern area of China and come up with the problems to be noticed during the process of landscape architecture through analyzing the development of residential community landscapes in Shenyang and comparing it with its previous condition as well as other idiomatical cities in China.At the same time,this thesis also comes up with the idea of taking advantage of the four-season distinct characteristics to combine artificial beauty with nature beauty organically and really integrate the natural environment with the social environment.
