With the development of urban rail transit construction in our country,as a key link in the construction and operation period of the linking ground railway,the integrated tuning has been paid more and more attention.The core of integrated coordination is to manage the interface formed between different subsystems of urban rail transit,different construction stages and different participants.The performance of interface management directly affects the system performance of urban rail transit.At present,the theoretical research on the integrated coordination of urban rail transit in China is still in its infancy,and there is no professional standards and specifications to provide technical support.The research focuses mainly on the case analysis,organizational structure,implementation process and key technologies of integrated coordination.Few scholars discuss integrated coordination based on interface management.From the perspective of engineering supply chain,this paper analyses the integrated interfacing management of urban rail transit,classifies the integrated interfacing management into four dimensions:organization,responsibility,technology and engineering,identifies stakeholders and their relationships in different stages of integrated interfacing,identifies the influencing factors of interfacing management by analytic hierarchy process,and collects original data through questionnaire.Over-quantification analysis extracts the key factors of interface management,and gives implementation suggestions and case analysis.Firstly,the paper elaborates on the characteristics of integrated debugging and the basic status of interface management.Then it summarizes and analyses the types of integrated debugging interface and the relationship between stakeholders.Through the objectives and contents of interface management,it determines 20 influencing factors,such as organizational structure,participants management ability,contract constraints,technical standards and plan coordination.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical analysis,the basic data are collected by questionnaire,and the comparative matrix is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process software.Through the weight analysis of the influencing factors,seven key influencing factors of the integrated interface management are identified.Then,the integrated connection of interface management standardization,strengthening contract management,perfecting organizational structure and interface management informatization are put forward.Suggestions on the implementation of oral management.Finally,starting from the key factors,the actual case is analyzed.To sum up,this paper combines theoretical research with quantitative analysis and uses analytic hierarchy process to find out the key factors affecting the interface management of integrated debugging,which can provide some reference for the actual development of integrated debugging and the formulation of relevant standards and norms in the future.
