| The research of urban overlook system is the hotspot of urban research in recent years.In the overlook system,the high-rise buildings or the aerial view from the natural vantage point of the city have unique landscape contents and forms.People can quickly grasp the main features of the city and form a complete cognition of the city through the aerial view and element perception of the urban landscape.However,at present,the relevant theoretical research is relatively weak.As urban high-altitude view becomes a common landscape form in public life,it is urgent to strengthen the research on high-altitude view theory to guide the construction of urban high-altitude view system.Based on the theory and practical experience of overlooks,this paper summarizes the general rules of information perception,element extraction,system composition and space construction of overlooks.Starting from the view point,visual elements,using SD,SBE,AHP and other landscape visual comprehensive evaluation methods to build urban aerial view landscape visual evaluation system,and the evaluation system is applied to the construction of urban aerial view space,optimize the system organization of urban aerial view space.Firstly,this paper points out the necessity of development research from the research of urban high-altitude view system and the current situation of increasingly common high-altitude view landscape.Secondly,from the perspective of the subjects in the upper air,this paper explores the laws of the public’s visual physiological characteristics,visual perception characteristics and aesthetic needs.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the influencing factors and landscape elements of the aerial view through the case study of urban aerial view space.Then the AHP method is used to construct the evaluation system of the subject to the object,and to reveal the rules of the visual evaluation of the aerial view.Finally,the evaluation system of high altitude view landscape combined with the high altitude view landscape in the administrative district of hefei city is used to provide the basis for the construction of high altitude view space. |
