In recent years, with the gradual development of society and the emphasis on health, people's understanding of hospitals and health has expanded from the traditional cognition to the overall concept including body and mind. Therefore, improving hospital environment is particularly important for patients' medical experience.Based on the evidence-based design theory, this study selected three large third-class class a hospitals with typical hall and corridor waiting areas as the research objects, and studied the satisfaction, experience evaluation and behavior types of patients by taking the built space environment of waiting areas as the entry point.Firstly, questionnaire survey was used to collect patients' cognitive evaluation of the built waiting room, including spatial factor importance evaluation, patient satisfaction evaluation, experience and perception evaluation of waiting time.Secondly, through the comparison of the importance factors of patients' cognitive space, the author summarizes the "relatively important" six factors for patients' waiting, laying a foundation for the follow-up research.Furthermore, the correlation between the importance of spatial factors and patient satisfaction was analyzed, and the factors affecting patient experience and time perception were analyzed by using linear regression method. Finally,A pairwise comparison is made between waiting areas in different spatial environments of hospitals A and B,for example, there is A landscape waiting area outside the window, there is no landscape waiting area outside the window and there is no window waiting area outside the window. To explore the differences in patient experience and behavior in different waiting room environments, and further analyze the reasons for differentiation.Through the above research on the influence of patient satisfaction, experience, waiting time perception and spatial environment on patient experience and behavior in the waiting area, the optimization strategy for improving patient waiting is proposed. It provides theoretical support for the research on patient satisfaction and experience in the follow-up medical buildings, and provides reference for the comfort design of the waiting area,so as to promote the building of better medical building environment in the future.
