Research On The Development Model Of Creative Culture Industrial Park Based On Reuse Of Old Buildings

With the rapid development of the economy and the acceleration of urbanization,there are many idle old buildings in the city,such as industrial buildings,commercial buildings,residential buildings,office buildings,etc.,but with the development of urban renewal Many old buildings have adopted an unreasonable development model,the historical value of the remains has been lost,the cultural context of the city has been destroyed,and the balance between the protection of old buildings and the development of urban economic industries is an urgent problem to be solved.The rise of the creative culture industry has provided new ideas for the protection and reuse of old buildings in the city.As an important driving force for the growth of economy,the creative culture industry is to increase the added value of the traditional cultural industry and ensure the sustainable development of the cultural industry.The old building has different characteristics from the contemporary urban architectural style and the urban block form,and becomes the best choice for the creative and cultural industry that emphasizes the uniqueness and iconicity.The old building is updated and transformed to realize history and modernity,tradition and new wave,classical The integration with fashion provides a personalized space carrier for the development of creative culture industry.This paper firstly interprets and studies the related theories of the protection and utilization of old buildings and the creative culture industrial park,and summarizes the three development models of the creative culture industrial park based on the reuse of old buildings—the cultural product pavilion model,cultural tourism and characteristic business model,and the text.The creation of an industrial office model is summarized through the selection of successful cases at home and abroad,in order to divide the existing types of creative cultural industrial parks based on the reuse of old buildings.Then,according to the three development models,the research objects are selected to interpret their historical context,operational development,and architectural overview.The GPS behavior survey is used to investigate and analyze Shanghai M50 Creative Park,Shanghai Tianzifang,and Hefei Street AS.The space and place that tourists in the Creative Culture Industrial Park like to stay,grasp the relationship between people's activities and different limited spaces in the industrial park,grasp the comparative analysis of typical space scenes,and extract the entrance space,high-quality public space and linearity in the creative culture industrial park.The important components ofthe traffic space are to summarize the element design and building renewal methods in the space scene.On this basis,the development model is compared from six aspects:traffic location,operation management,business composition,economic value,building utilization and scene shaping.Finally,in terms of practical strategy,through the research on the potential and selection of the old building development,the core elements of the combination of the old building and the creative culture industrial park are proposed,and the model decision path of the creative culture industrial park based on the reuse of the old building is assisted;On the basis of analysis,the development strategy is summarized from the material space,non-material elements and park integration level,and then support for relevant planning and construction,improve the environmental quality of the existing park,and have certain reference significance for the future development model of creative culture industrial park.The newly developed creative industrial park can accurately grasp the main functional formats,not only reflect the city's historical culture,but also meet the daily life and spiritual needs of the people,consumer demand,and add strength to urban planning and economic development.
