In recent years,with the development of our building to the large span and high level,people’s demand for building space and crack resistance has been increasing.Ordinary reinforced concrete slabs have been difficult to meet the safety,application and economic needs.Therefore,the development of a new type of floor structure with light weight,large rigidity,good integrity,high integrity,low height and convenient construction has become a problem to be solved urgently in the engineering field.In order to reduce the floor weight and make full use of floor clearance,a new type of steel-concrete composite hollow slab structure is developed,and the mechanical performance of the structure is numerically simulated.The concrete filled steel tubular hollow slab is different from the ordinary steel concrete composite hollow slab.The steel pipe is used in the concrete structure floor structure,and it is not poured into the concrete inside the steel pipe when pouring,so as to form the cavity inside the plate,so as to reduce the self weight.The new type of steel concrete composite hollow slab structure proposed in this paper is to add the upper and lower reinforced bars on the basis of the hollow concrete slab,improve the holistic of the hollow slab,and study the mechanical performance of the new hollow slab structure under uniform load.First,a four side simply supported circular hollow concrete one-way steel plate is tested,and the load deflection curve of the plate is obtained.The test shows that this kind of plate can meet the normal requirement of deformation.Secondly,through the finite element software ABAQUS,the material properties and test conditions for testing based on the finite element analysis model of the steel pipe concrete hollow slab,and the one-way board since the start of loading to numerical simulation of the loss of bearing capacity,the load simulated plate deflection curve and test results to verify the feasibility of the finite element model.Finally,the finite element analysis model by finite element software ABAQUS to establish the new type of steel-concrete composite hollow slabs under different parameters,to investigate the pipe wall thickness,reinforcement ratio,concrete strength of the bearing capacity,the bearing capacity calculation formula of the new type of composite steel concrete hollow plate.
