| The rapid development of highway construction in China has added endless impetus to the economic development,but it has also brought serious problems of ecological environment destruction.Because highway construction is a linear engineering project with long,multiple,wide and large characteristics,it will inevitably disturb the surface and destroy vegetation in the process of construction,project construction area,soil physical and chemical properties,surface disturbance intensity,engineering time and earthwork volume are all factors that affect highway engineering construction and surrounding environment,if there is no effective soil and water conservation measures,it will cause serious environmental impact.In this paper,66 highway project of Beijing city as the research object,through the survey data of soil and water conservation project plan of various types of projects,application of key performance index(KPI)method and environmental economics to analyze the establishment of soil erosion evaluation index,and monetized the effect of water and soil erosion caused by environmental factors in construction projects,quantitative analysis of soil erosion caused by project construction by introducing the influence index of soil erosion which aimed at the economic loss assessment of water and soil loss for the highway.It provides a clear basis to report the change of environmental resources in the national economic system,establishing and perfecting the investment and compensation mechanism of soil and water conservation for highway projects.The results show that:The economic loss of soil erosion in highway projects is directly proportional to the area affected by the construction,the ratio of the loss of land resources is the largest,which is 93.78%.The average value of the total investment in the project is 8.57%.,the economic loss of soil erosion accounts for 15.45%in the soil and water conservation investment,and the index of soil erosion of highway projects is mostly within the range of 0-0.2.Index value is less than 0.0835 projects for the slight effect,project index between 0.0834-0.3033 for the moderate effect,index of more than 0.3033 projects for the severe impact;Loss of value caused by the soil erosion of mountain project aremore severe effects,which in plain area are mostly mild effect. |
