| Urban waterlogging has become one of the most serious problems in cities.Not only badly affected people’s daily life,but also causes great loss in social wealth.There is an effective way to solve urban waterlogging problem,which is to build cities with low influence development rain-water system.It is much easier to build "Sponge City" in new cities.No matter from preliminary planning to program’s application,there is adequately manageable space.But there are still quite a lot of difficulties in transforming old cities.Because it not only influences people’s normal life,and the cost of the construction、feasibility、accessibility and productivity will all be taken into consideration.This paper takes a certain place in Huilongguan region as subj/ect.After it is undergone sponge city transformation and a certain rainfall,the eomparison and analyze was made to reach a eonclusion.The conclusion is what a different low influence development installation and the main control objective should it has for a different urban land.In the final part,the paper discussed the effective method to promote the idea of building sponge city in transforming old cities,so that it could share some experience and have value for the other familiar programs.The researching subjective is including urban roads,living community,commercial center and urban green space.The control objective is including runoff volume,runoff peak,runoff pollution control and rain reuse utilization. |
