With the accelerating pace of industrial restructuring,the government has gradually implemented the transformation of local small and medium-sized industrial enterprises,which are on the verge of bankruptcy,to lay the foundation for the sustainable development of the city.The reconstruction and renewal of the old industrial plant area has entered the field of vision of researchers.At present,the reconstruction of the old industrial plant area focuses on the inheritance and continuation of industrial history and culture,the reuse of building space functionality,business integration,office teaching,etc.,while the existing problems between the green landscape function,rainwater utilization and site microenvironment of the old industrial plant area are ignored,resulting in There are still a lot of impervious underlying surfaces and unscientific rainwater facilities in the old industrial area under the traditional reconstruction mode.When rainfall occurs,the rainwater in the plant area cannot be quickly digested to form a large number of surface runoff,which may cause waterlogging,ponding,non-point source pollution and other problems,and may also damage the micro environment ecology and Groundwater Conservation in the plant area.Sponge city construction technology is the most effective technology for rainwater management at home and abroad.It can improve and coordinate the relationship between the node elements in the site very scientifically.In this paper,the skeleton element "road and site" in the reconstruction of old industrial zone is taken as the research object,and the problems left by the reconstruction of old industrial zone are clarified through the summary of relevant theoretical research status and reconstruction cases at home and abroad;Secondly,the paper studies and analyzes the characteristics of rainwater management in the reconstruction of the old industrial area,integrates the low impact development technology with the contradiction of rainwater management in the reconstruction of the old industry,and then studies the applicability and advantages of sponge city concept application;Then,the sponge city theory is applied to the reconstruction of the old industrial zone,and the goal and principle of the sponge transformation of the old industrial zone are put forward,including the research on the sponge detail node design of the old industrial zone;finally,the SWMM model is used to simulate the selected old industrial transformation project in Xi’an,and the evaluation is based on the results.The conclusion of the comprehensive study is that the traditional reconstruction plan of the old industrial area did not alleviate the influence of the hydrological characteristics of the original site,blocking the natural water circulation path.The old industrial area designed with the sponge city plan can well reduce the surface runoff of rainwater,reduce the phenomenon of waterlogging and ponding,and the comprehensive runoff coefficient of the plant area meets the requirements of the urban development and construction of less than 0.6,building the green plant area The system of color landscape rainwater utilization shows that the sponge city theory has a positive role and practical significance in the development of old industrial park reconstruction ideas.
