This thesis proposed comparative analysis of current quality and reliability basis management workflow in S company based on theories such as total quality control and reliability administration,coupled with advanced process optimization management worldwide as well as criterion and regulatory framework at all levels for model development of FOG products.Investigation shows that quality and reliability of products from S company,which is able to satisfy the requirement of model task,is recognized by customers.Management mode in S company is also found to be perfected.However,product quality and reliability basis management workflow in S company demands optimization in ways of scientific and systematic guidance due to the lack of universal management requirement of quality and reliability basis management work.As a consequence,the thesis utilized standard group of FOG products quality and reliability management to improve processes of company quality problem zero,quality assessment,quality training and reliability design.The quality and reliability basis management workflow of S company is also supplemented and optimized.The enhancement of quality and reliability basis management efficiency is maximized while quality cost and management cost is decreased by building efficient,integrated and harmonious mode of product quality and reliability management.Then the scientific research and production work for company model product is guaranteed.Meanwhile,research findings in this project is able to offer demonstration and reference for other stand-alone products.
