Under the support of new power electronics topology technology,device manufacturing technology,microcontroller chip technology and intelligent advanced control theory,AC speed control system solutions are increasingly used in industrial manufacturing and energy utilization applications,with permanent magnet synchronous motors The advantages of high power density,high efficiency and diverse structure occupy an important position in the AC speed control system.Efficient use of permanent magnet synchronous motors requires the use of associated controllers.The basic permanent magnet synchronous motor controller uses a traditional field-oriented vector control method,and the current and speed parameters are adjusted using classical PID control.This Dissertation introduces the development of control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),and establishes the mathematical model of PMSM based on coordinate transformation.Based on the basic idea of vector control and ADRC theory,the application of ADRC theory in speed loop and current loop is studied.Among them,the first-order ADRC is designed to replace the traditional PID controller in the speed loop and current loop,and the model of speed-current double closed-loop control system based on ADRC is established in the MATLAB/Simulink simulation environment.Compared with the traditional PID controller,the simulation results show that the ADRC is robust when the motor parameters are mismatched,which provides theoretical and simulation basis for the experimental study of ADRC vector control.On the premise that both theoretical calculation and simulation validation meet the control requirements,a set of towing experiment platform based on 750 W permanent magnet synchronous motor is built.The hardware and software of the controller are designed and implemented by TI’s high performance TMS320F28335.The software system uses CCS6.0 development platform to compile the control strategy.The hardware system consists of three-phase bridge inverter circuit,ADC analog-to-digital conversion circuit,voltage and current detection circuit,auxiliary power supply circuit,display communication circuit and position detection circuit.With the cooperation of hardware and software,the feasibility and superiority of the control strategy are verified.
