With the development of modern power electronics techniques and Digital signal processors (DSP),the AC servo system has been widely applied in many fields. As a result of its excellent characteristics, the PMSM has become a popular research direction in the drive field. So the research and design the new controller of PMSM servo system have great significance both in theory and practicality.Active Disturbances Rejection Controller (ADRC) is a new type of controller. The ADRC changed lots of traditional ideas and made the control system classified by the principle of time scale, thus the parameters tuning of the controller are closely-related with the time scale of the system. The general rule of parameter adjusting for ADRC is presented, which is helpful in practical application.Based on studying deeply and systemically the theory of ADRC, the optimization ADRC is established by the linearization of the nonlinear system and parameter conformity, which solves the disadvantage of parameters complicated and difficult tuning in ADRC controller. The using of optimized ADRC achieves the expectative effects in active vibration isolation of the Duffing Chaotic System and PMSM speed control system. And then the sensorless vector control is implemented as a result of a speed identification method based on the optimization Extended Estate Observer. The result of simulation shows that the optimized ADRC inherits the advantages of ADRC and simplifies the parameter tuning process, improve control performance.Upon completion of theoretical research and simulation, the experimental platform of PMSM servo control system has been constructed based on TMS320F2407 DSP, their structure and function are described in detail, and get the corresponding experimental waveforms.
