With the development of the national economy and electronic information technology,intelligent buildings have been widely popularized and applied.Whether it is a super high-rise integrated office building or a simple small office building,the intelligent building control system can be introduced to realize building intelligence,optimize the use experience of building users,reduce the cost of building maintenance management,and improve building safety.Combined with the engineering practice,this paper designed a general control system scheme for the use of small office buildings,and carried out semi-physical simulation.The article introduces the definition of intelligent building,the status quo and application trends of domestic and foreign research,analyzes and expounds the current mainstream intelligent building integration technology,system design points and system design steps,and combines according to the current design method.The design requirements for small office buildings have led to an overall design.At the same time,the control platform of the building control system was analyzed and selected,and the system design direction with ARM processor and CAN bus as the core was determined.Based on this direction,a design of a small universal intelligent building control system based on ARM and CAN was completed.In terms of hardware,the STM32F103ZET6 microprocessor in LQFP package is used as the MCU.The AT24C02 memory module based on IIC communication and the CAN interface module based on TJA1050 transceiver are designed.In terms of functional modules,a power module using AMS1117,a temperature and humidity measurement module using CHTM-02/NA,an illuminance measurement module using BH1750 FVI integrated device,and a smoke monitoring module using MQ-2 smoke sensor are designed and designed.A control execution module for room ventilation,air conditioning,power supply,water supply,etc.based on DC fan and LED circuit simulation.In terms of software,the system software is designed using KEIL MDK-ARM and QtCreator integrated development environment,including CAN communication function between lower node,temperature and humidity measurement,illuminance measurement,smoke concentration measurement and other data acquisition functions,and DC Fans,LED lights and buzzer simulation of air conditioning,power supply,water supply,ventilation,fire protection and other executive functions of manual and automatic control,at the same time,the development of the serial communication with the lower computer monitoring the host computer,to achieve the system remote monitoring function.Finally,the semi-physical simulation test of the simulation system is carried out.The results show that the system can operate normally and can realize the preset control functions.
