Study And Application Of Eco-house Planning

Eco-building is an inevitable trend in the development of buildings in the world today.Eco-buildingis related to the conservation of energy and resources,and the creation of a healthy and safe living environment.From the 1970 s to the present,the theory and construction technology of Eco-buildings have continued to advance,and relevant policies,regulations,evaluation standards,regulatory systems,and incentive mechanisms have emerged and are maturing.However,this small-scale development for Eco-buildings has a very limited effect on environmental improvement.People must explore new ways to achieve low-carbon and ecological development in a wider range of cities.The Eco-building planning in a city shifts the development of Eco-buildings from buildings to cities,from technical planning to public policies planning.The planning methods,contents and measures are worthy of further study and improvement.This study takes the Eco-building planning in a city of three citiesin Zhejiang Province as cases to study their planning methods and experience.The specific research contents and research results are as follows:First of all,through literature research,it sorts out the concepts related to Eco-buildings,the development history and status of Eco-buildings at China and abroad,and the origin and current situation of the preparation of Eco-building planning in a city in China.Secondly,the determination of indicators is the core content of the Eco-building planning in a city,and the existing planning has the arbitrariness of the decomposition of indicators.In this study,the chromatographic analysis method and the expert scoring method were used to construct an index system including five first-level indicators and nine second-level indicators,which were applied to the indicator allocation and verification of various cities in Zhejiang Province,and found its index system and research method feasible.Thirdly,in-depth study on the Eco-building planning of two cities in Zhejiang Province,namely Taizhou and Jiaxing,and three counties,namely Tongxiang,Pinghu and Xianju,summed up the overall urban planning,and the planning level and scope of the control detailed planning,the target control system of the target management division and the policy unit,the demonstration and demonstration of the common policy unit by the model policy unit,and the index system combining the mandatory indicators and the guiding indicators are worthwhile learned.Finally,through interviews and discussions with the planning preparation and implementation units,the difficulties in the preparation and implementation of the Eco-building planning in a city were discussed,which provided reference for the development of green buildings and the preparation of follow-up special plans.
