Empirical Study On Planning And Design Strategy Of Electronic Information Industrial Park In China

China has put forward to construct the Electronic Information Industrial bases and parks,which is a great step for implementing the state strategy targeted on the vigorous development of the Electronic Information Industrial.The new generation of information technology,such as mobile Internet,big data,cloud computing,artificial intelligence,Internet of things,and so on,has been increasingly widely used.They accelerate the integration with manufacturing industry,which Promote the Transformation and upgrading of the Service Industry,give birth to a new form of Business and become a New driving Force for Economic Development.At present,the complex international situation also makes it urgent to accelerate the development of the high-tech field represented by the electronic information industry.In recent years,the construction of electronic and information industry parks has developed rapidly,and all kinds of parks have sprung up,which have made great achievements in promoting industrial development,industrial transformation and upgrading,as well as technological innovation.However,there are a series of problems such as single function structure,low construction intensity,low land utilization rate,serious land waste,lack of unified planning,poor environmental quality,narrow industrial development space and so on.This thesis takes the planning and design strategy of the domestic electronic information industry park as the research object,analyzes the related concept of the park and the general situation of the development of the information industry,summarizes the common theoretical basis of planning and design of successful examples by analyzing some examples of the development planning and construction of the electronic information industry park at home and abroad.Combined with the policy orientation and development prospect of electronic information industry in China and in certain provinces,this paper makes a theoretical analysis and study on the planning and design strategies of three domestic electronic information industry parks,summarizes the factors that affect the development and layout of electronic information industry,and explain the mutual relationship between the layout of land and the planning of building space.On this basis of the successful examples of park planning and design at home and abroad,and aiming at solving the problems in park planning and construction,the paper puts forward the planning and design strategies,including the industrial planning and land use layout design of the park,the flexible planning of the park,transportation system planning,space elements design,basic supporting service facilities design,phased planning,and industry cultivation,which could serve as a theoretical reference in the practice and construction of electronic information industry park planning and design.
