With the dramatic increase of passenger car sales,the competition of vehicle sales among automobile enterprises is becoming more and more important.Vehicle commerciality is regarded as an important part of improving market share by automobile enterprises.With the rapid development of people's quality of life,the high integration of mechanical technology and electronic technology,automobiles have gradually developed into people's life and travel partners.From the initial requirement of storage function,the trunk lid has gradually developed into a perception pursuit of maneuverability and convenience while focusing on storage space.Consumers' demand for the opening of trunk lid is changing day by day.People also have different demands for the opening of trunk lid inside and outside the car,from remote control keys to kick open switch,to feel open and so on.Based on the electric opening and closing design of the trunk lid of a high-grade car,this paper analyses the opening and closing principle and system layout method of the trunk lid system under several typical working conditions,designs the setting principle of the force value of the booster mechanism with the electric opening and closing of the trunk lid,and puts forward the setting algorithm of the force value of the system to meet the requirements of the uniform opening and closing of the trunk lid and hovering at any position.CAE analysis and simulation were used to optimize the model.Finally,the vehicle test was carried out to verify and solve the problem.The results show that the designed model can effectively ensure that the trunk lid can be opened and closed electronically under different working conditions,and has better smoothness and comfort in operation.When electric opening,trigger the opening switch of the electric luggage cover,control the lock and unlock of the luggage cover through BCM,and drive the extension of the electric support rod of the luggage cover through ECU to realize the electric opening of the luggage cover.When the locks of the suitcase cover are unlocked to the half-open state,the micro-switch in the lock of the suitcase cover is triggered.After BCM detects the signal of the micro-switch,the suitcase cover enters the electric closing process.In order to ensure the uniform closing of the suitcase cover,the force balance of the suitcase cover system needs to be ensured during the closing process.When entering the semi-lock position of the luggage cover lock,BCM signals that the electric support motor of the luggage cover stops turning,the self-suction function of the luggage cover lock is opened,and the closing process of the luggage cover lock from the semi-lock position to the full-lock position is completed by the suction moment of the luggage cover lock.This paper puts forward the design method and innovation points of power dirven system of trunk lid,perfects the design method,design specifications and design process of the electric opening and closing system of trunk lid,carries on the design model of the electric opening and closing system of trunk lid which proves feasible,and provides effective technical guidance and theoretical support for the follow-up project development.
