As an important way of transportation,the vibration of ship generated by the operation of the engine has a great impact on the safety of transportation.In order to ensure the safety of ship transportation,it is very important to design a complete control system to automatically control and monitor the engine.Based on the active control scheme of torque compensation,this paper designs a ship engine vibration and noise control system based on the active control scheme of torque compensation.Firstly,based on the selection of the active control scheme,after analyzing the requirements and functions of the system,the architecture of the whole system is designed.The whole system is divided into two parts: control module and gateway module.The function of the control module is to collect engine environment signals,collect engine speed and control external torque compensator;the gateway module realizes the function of accessing the network of the control module,and connect to information to the Io T platform.Secondly,the paper studied the key speed acquisition algorithm in the control system,and designed the velocity measurement scheme based on Kalman filter.At the same time,studied the existing speed following algorithm and simulated the algorithm and compared the different effect under the environment of MATLAB/Simulink.Thirdly,according to the goal and requirements of the system design,the paper designed the hardware of the system.Considering the extendibility of the hardware system,the system contains two parts: control module and the gateway module two parts.Considering the interface of the mechanical device,the hardware circuit of the control module in the system is designed and then made the hardware selection of the gateway module.On the basis of the hardware system,the appropriate Io T cloud service platform is selected and completed the software design of the system.Finally,the paper made the test plan to test the function of the system.Including system configuration,communication transmission function,signal acquisition function control output function,etc.According to the results of the test,the system designed in this paper is full-function,the system can realize the goal of monitoring the environment the ship engine,and has strong expandability and meets the design goal.
