In a complete transportation network,there are many kinds of information that the vehicles need to face.How to comprehensively process various information in the transportation network is the main problem for intelligent transportation research.In traditional Intelligent Transportation(ITS)research,V2 V and V2 R are used to carry out information exchange and collaborative processing by carrying roadside units on traffic networks and on-vehicle sensors.However,due to the limitation of communication range and processing performance,it can only meet the requirements for the networking of a certain area.Through the introduction of Internet of Things technology,this paper proposes a system architecture of traffic IoT based on the cloud data interaction system,which can store,analyze,and manage large amounts of data perceived by the IoT,expand the scope of intelligent traffic applications,and reduce the underlying data processing requirements.By transmitting data to the cloud for analysis and processing,the integrity and interaction requirements of the information are guaranteed.At the same time,the customer can control the traffic network status in real time through the Internet without being restricted by time and space,and can make timely adjustments to the traffic network to ensure the effective operation of the traffic network.The main contents if this paper are as follows:(1)A three-tier system architecture for traffic IoT based on cross-layer interaction is proposed:perception layer,transport layer,and application layer.By driving vehicles and roadside facilities with sensors,designing sensing nodes,collecting various information data of the traffic network,and uploading the collected data to the cloud through the ZigBee,WiFi-based network transmission layer.In the cloud,through comprehensive analysis of data processing,interactive applications are designed to realize remote interaction and control of traffic networks.(2)Design the traffic IOT information collection terminal.Aiming at the different information types of the transportation internet of things,a wide area environment information collection terminal based on LoRaWAN protocol was designed to collect and update the physical information of the transportation network in real time.The UWB-based traffic location-aware terminal optimizes the traffic network inreal-time through the vehicle's location information to ease traffic congestion;Based on ZigBee multi-vehicle information transmission,to achieve interactive control of the vehicle.(3)Develop a transit IoT interaction and decision system.According to the processing requirements of the transportation Internet of Things,the China Mobile Internet of Things--OneNET platform is selected as the system's cloud service platform.For intersections of sensory data,crossroad coordination applications and multi-vehicle interaction applications are designed.Through cloud data interaction processing,the traffic network can timely adjust the congested road sections to ensure the effective operation of the traffic network.(4)The experiment of setting up intersection coordination and vehicle information interaction test scenarios was established,and the IOT sensing interaction system designed in this paper was verified.It shows that the system can well solve the problem of multiple information transmission and processing.It can timely regulate and control vehicles at traffic intersections and ensure the safe and effective operation of the traffic network.Research on intelligent transportation has a good supporting role and can be well applied to intelligent transportation and other work scenarios.
