| As a complex system,the factory can be divided into three levels: macro,meso and micro.The factory design is also divided into factory layout design,production line design and workstation design.Factory layout design is an important part of plant design,directly affecting the location and form of production lines and workstations,and ultimately affecting the overall functionality and performance of the plant.In this paper,the traditional factory layout design method lacks the design concept,so that the problems of innovation,theory,system and procedurality are not strong.Based on the product design theory and method,the theory and method of factory layout design based on design concept are proposed.Successfully applied in the Z company’s new plant planning project.The first task of the conceptual design phase is to propose design concepts.First,the design concept is presented based on the various design requirements collected.Next,the design concept is transformed into functional requirements centered on the realization of plant functions.In addition,in order to solve the problem of lack of innovation,this paper proposes the evolution route of factory layout in combination with the evolution theory of engineering systems.Finally,with functional requirements and evolutionary routes as the main line,tasks such as functional analysis,division of work units,and construction of conceptual structures are completed,and the concept map of the plant is finally obtained.The basic design phase is centered around achieving plant performance.Combining the five factors of people,machine,material,law and ring,the design concept is transformed into performance requirements,and the factory is laid out and optimized.In view of the fact that the traditional design method neglects the unreasonable layout in the initial stage of layout due to the neglect of the special requirements of the location of key operating units,this paper improves the designmethod.First,select and layout key work units.Then,the overall layout is combined with performance requirements.Finally,optimize the factory layout.The critical design phase is centered on the degree to which the design concept of the layout proposal is evaluated.First,the design concept is transformed into an evaluation indicator that measures the degree of realization of the design concept.Then,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are used to judge and analyze the design scheme,and the degree of realization of the design concept is obtained.Finally,based on the results of the evaluation,the optimal solution is selected and the weak part is optimized. |
