Rubber tires are components that carry the weight and the road surface interaction.Rubber tires are consumable for vehicles.With the rapid development of the vehicle industry,the annual consumption of automotive rubber tires in China has increased year by year.Improving the wear resistance of tire rubber,can effectively increase the service life of the tire and reduce the consumption of rubber resources.This will help achieve energy-saving emission reduction targets in the industrial sector and meet the needs of the development of the global low-carbon economy era.Enhancing the friction between the tire and the road surface greatly improves the driving safety performance of the vehicle,especially when driving on rainy days or on snowy roads.Therefore,it is of great significance to design a tire tread that effectively improves the tire wear-resistant and slip resistance.In this paper,the effects of aramid fiber,carbon fiber and carbon nanotubes on the wear resistance of tread rubber after surface treatment with silane coupling agent and polydopamine were studied.The design of the layout test was designed by regression orthogonal design.By calculating the regression equation,a tread rubber composite formulation with good wear resistance and good mechanical properties was found.At the same time,according to the shape and arrangement of the cat's toe pad and the palm rest,the tire bionic anti-skid pattern is designed to be spaced between the toe pad and the palm rest of the cat's palm.Through the optimization of the regression equation,the tread rubber formula has the least amount of wear of the tread rubber when the natural rubber is taken in 100 parts,the carbon nanotubes are taken in 5 parts,and the aramid fiber is taken in 0 parts or 4 parts.The minimum wear of aramid fiber and carbon nanotube tread rubber is 116.939 mm3,and the minimum wear of carbon fiber and carbon nanotube tread rubber is 123.525 mm3.For the comprehensive performance of the tensile strength,tensile permanent deformation and hardness of the tread rubber,the natural rubber is reduced on the basis of 100 parts of natural rubber,5 parts of carbon nanotubes and 4 parts of aramid fiber/carbon fiber.And the content of the fiber,it is possible to prepare a tread rubber composite which has good wear resistance and has good mechanical properties.Through aramid fiber,carbon nanotube tread rubber and carbon fiber dimension,carbon nanotube tread rubber composite material wear amount,tensile strength,tensile permanent deformation and hardness comparison,aramid fiber than carbon fiber in the reinforcement tread The overall performance of the glue is more advantageous.The bionic design according to the bionic design of the gap between the toe pad and the palm rest of the cat's palm can increase the maximum static friction of more than 26.1%,has good anti-slip performance,and the shape and arrangement of the cat's toe pad and palm rest are bionic anti-skid patterns.The antislip performance is not very good.
