The Overhauser magnetometer is a total field strength scalar quantum magnetometer based on the Overhauser effect for measuring geomagnetic and geomagnetic anomalies.It is widely used in mineral resource detection,oil and gas exploration,unexploded ordnance detection,archaeology,Earthquake and volcanic precursor observations,long-term geomagnetic observations,natural gas pipeline detection,shipwreck salvage and many other fields.Foreign research on Overhauser magnetometers has been carried out earlier.The GSM series Overhauser magnetometer produced by GEM Canada has a history of 40 years.France,Russia and other countries have also experienced long-term research.At present,the POS series Overhauser magnetometer developed by the Russian Ural University of Science and Technology has also been industrialized and sold in the Chinese market.China started late in this field.Although it has been more than 10 years old,the core problem of magnetometers,namely the study of working material properties,has not been overcome.In this paper,the electronic and nuclear dual resonance working materials of the Overhauser magnetometer sensor are studied in detail.Some valuable laws have been discovered,which have certain reference value for further development of working materials.This paper first expounds the research background of Overhauser magnetometer and analyzes the status quo at home and abroad.Secondly,it analyzes the working principle of Overhauser magnetometer and lays a foundation for further research.In the third chapter,the construction of the sweeper is discussed.The sweeper is a special instrument for studying the characteristics of working materials.Based on the in-depth study of the hardware and software of the magnetometer,the digital circuit and related software of the magnetometer are integrated and developed.An instrument that measures the initial amplitude,attenuation constant,and optimal resonant frequency of the Ramall signal by the working substance.The fourth chapter uses the self-developed frequency sweeper to measure the characteristics of the working substance.The measurement results show that the normal temperature free radical solution has a higher initial amplitude and attenuation constant;the optimal resonance frequency moves with the low temperature solvent doping to the low frequency direction.It indicates that low temperature solvent doping will reduce the local field strength.The fifth chapter studies the factors affecting sensitivity,including the detailed discussion of signal-to-noise ratio and zero-crossing algorithm.
