Quantum magnetometer is a high-precision geomagnetic measuring instruments.the design of the digital part of the system will directly affect the performance of its performance.Based on the second generation of quantum magnetometer,the digital part of the system is optimized.The digital part of the second generation system is replaced from the original DSP to the ARM + CPLD.This architecture with ARM + CPLD dual-core,can take advantage of ARM with more powerful data processing capabilities and CPLD with more accurate timing control capabilities to improve the signal processing capabilities of the system,thereby enhancing the performance and stability of the instrument.STM32F407ZG model for the ARM chip is chosen in dual-core system.The chip has the advantages of low power consumption,high performance,cost-effective.The model EPM1270T144 for the CPLD chip is chosen in dual-core system.The chip is suitable for more complex logic and timing circuits and its built-in the flash memory can make the circuit design more compact.The design of the digital system with this dual-core system is to realize the magnetometer system control and signal processing.The use of ARM is to complete the system of human-computer interaction,signal quality evaluation,data storage and transmission functions.The use of CPLD is to complete polarization with harmonic,and other functions such as frequency precision.Based on this digital system,we design single,dual Overhauser magnetometer,proton magnetometer and other high-precision quantum magnetometer.Field experiments show that the system has good omnidirectional properties.The system can achieve the sensitivity of 0.1n T even in high-noise area.The line response to the magnetic target can clearly reflect the position of the target.Overall,the quantum magnetometer based on ARM + CPLD dual-core system can stably implement various functions of the system,and the system can work well in high-noise environments.The measurement results can clearly reflect the target position.
