In recent years,China's overall macroeconomic development has been slowed down,but due to the impact of supply and demand,China's market competition has become increasingly severe.Especially in the financial industry,the huge impact brought by the interest rate marketization reform and the development of the network financial industry has caused some state-owned commercial banks in China to bear enormous internal pressure and external pressure due to changes in the competitive situation.Under this situation,in order to achieve their long-term development and to be in an invincible position in the fierce competition of the industry,state-owned commercial banks should formulate scientific and rational marketing plans and marketing strategies from the perspective of marketing.Along with seeking innovation to form their own competitive advantages.Based on the theory of customer management,this paper deeply studies the marketing strategy for corporate banking business.At this stage,with the rapid development of China's economy,commercial banks have entered a transition period.The main characteristics of the transformation stage of commercial banks are the continuous increase in non-performing loans and the continuous slowdown in profit growth.Therefore,it is necessary to adjust the traditional marketing strategy for corporate banking business products,formulate a service-oriented corporate banking business marketing strategy,expand the quality customer base,and occupy a higher market share.In addition,the top priority for commercial banks is to fully develop their business.This paper uses the classification analysis method to conduct detailed research on different marketing characteristics.From the actual development of CCB,its current work should focus on making full use of marketing strategies to expand customer business.At the specific operational level,it should include the following aspects: First,commercial banks should scientifically classify customer groups.Accurately locate product functions and develop with market goals.Second,conduct full market research,comprehensively grasp customer needs,develop targeted and effective service marketing strategies based on customer needs,and establish stable and benign customer relationships to achieve long-term cooperation.
