Marine tourism repeatedly made clear to prioritize by national marine economic plan,is new growth point of China's future maritime economic development.In recent years,sightseeing submarine with the characteristic of new and peculiar as a underwater tourism project has developed rapidly in China.But domestic sightseeing submarine is still in production level at present,which has less research in design and performance optimization.From the general design of a sightseeing submarine,the article conduct research in a variety of ways,main study works as following:First,analysis design objective,complete sightseeing submarine layout analysis,calculation,performance estimation and drawings,based on design assignment.Considering each subsystem has big influence for layout drawings and performance estimation,this article make specific analysis and design for each system to accomplish sightseeing submarine conceptual design.Second,design and review pressure structure of sightseeing submarine,recur to Abagus finite element secondary development by using Python programming,select sample design experiment by Latin hyper cube optimal design,establish approximate model by analyzing sample point,use Abaqus and getting correspondence,use NSGA-2(Nondominant Sorting Genetic Algorithm)to get the result of optimum design of pressure-resistant structure of approximate model.Third,optimize sightseeing submarine main layout,reduce resistance sailing underwater.Model sightseeing submarine structure by STAR-CCMT+,recur to STAR-CCMT+secondary development of Java,select sample design,establish multivariate function relations of parameter and target value,based on sample point,solve multivariate function by using simulated annealing method,nonlinear quadratic programming method and modified feasible direction method to get overall layout design.Finally,based on the evaluation and analysis of various systems of submarine by FAT and RPN,use FMEA(Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)to get improvement measures and suggestions.
