The vast sea is full of unknown treasures.Land resources can not meet the needs of human social development.The utilization of oceans has become the direction of development in all countries of the world.The unknown and complex deep sea makes the road of human exploration full of difficulties.Manned submarine is the key equipment with unique advantages in many ocean exploration and development tools.As the "eyes" of personnel seabed,the structure design and optimization of observation window is particularly important.In this paper,the following research work was carried out for the observation window of manned submarine:Research on creep finite element method.By studying the theory of creep correlation,a calculation process of observation window creep analysis method based on finite element method was designed.The observation window creep analysis was carried out.The results show that the observation window has deformation inconsistency.The design parameters affect the creep of the frustum-shaped observation window.The creep characteristics of the frustum-shaped observation window were analyzed.The relationship between the friction coefficient of the contact surface,the thickness-diameter ratio and angle of the observation window and the stress before and after the creep was calculated and analyzed.Parameterized design of manned submersible observation window.Based on the Python scripting language,the Abaqus software was developed twice.By modifying the model input and output files,the creep displacement of the observation window,the yield strength of the pressure shell,the buckling mode and the ultimate strength were solved in turn,and the Abaqus software was integrated based on the ISight optimization platform.A set of parameter optimization process was designed and the parametric design of the observation window was completed.Optimization design of the observation window.The radial basis neural network model was used to establish a high-precision approximate model.The single-objective and multi-objective optimization of the observation window was carried out.The results show that the single-objective pressure-resistant spherical shell quality optimization effect is not obvious;multi-objective optimization in the pressure-resistant ball When the shell mass increase is not large,the optimization effect of the creep displacement of the observation window is obvious.It is necessary to consider the creep characteristics when designing the observation window.
