According to the flight statistics of airlines in recent years,the flight delay rate caused by weather is higher.In order to reduce flight delay,reduce the operating cost of airlines and improve flight safety,this paper studies the related issues of route network planning.This paper mainly includes the following contents:Firstly,the structure of airspace is analyzed,and a three-dimensional coordinate system is established to represent the position of aircraft,the height and length of airway,the position of airway changing point,etc.Secondly,the types of dangerous weather and the trend of thunderstorm change are analyzed to establish a thunderstorm mathematical model,and the influence range and trend change of thunderstorm are expressed by mathematical formula.The airspace is divided by grid method and each grid is set up.The size of the grid is 20 kilometers multiplied by 20 kilometers,and the depth optimization algorithm is used to traverse all the grids in the airspace to get the route network map in the flexible airspace.Then the related data of thunderstorm are input into it.According to the distance between the thunderstorm area and the grids,the concept of grid blocking is introduced,the route availability model is established,and the route network map for avoiding thunderstorm is obtained.Then the flight mode of the aircraft is analyzed,the flight around model in space is established,the flight trajectory of the aircraft is drawn in the form of geometry,the mathematical model is established according to the relationship between geometry,and the expression of the flight path is obtained.Then the dynamic capacity evaluation model of the flight path is designed by analyzing the interval of the aircraft,flight data and the workload of the controllers on the flight path,which is used to evaluate the route network.The capacity value of a single flight path;then,according to the minimum distance between the aircraft and the edge of thunderstorm,the corresponding safety level is established to evaluate the flight safety of the aircraft;secondly,the flight parameters of common aircraft types are collected,the data of fuel consumption and flight altitude are integrated,the relationship between fuel consumption and flight altitude is made,data analysis is carried out,and the fuel consumption and flight altitude are fitted.The degree relation is used to get the fuel consumption model,which is used to evaluate the economy of a single route in the airway network.Finally,taking the airspace from Zhengzhou to Jinan as an example,the corresponding airspace data are input,the airway network chart in the flexible airspace is planned,the effective airway route chart and the fuel consumption of each route are calculated,and the safety and economy of each route are evaluated.The safe and economic route network chart in flexible airspace is obtained.
