| With the continuous development of China’s economy,infrastructure construction is in the ascendant,concrete bridge deck pavement is widely used in a large number of bridge projects on high-grade highways.However,the disadvantages of cement concrete itself being brittle and low tensile strength greatly limit its application in bridge deck pavement.In order to solve this problem,some experts and scholars put forward the suggestion of compound concrete material.A new type of composite material,fiber reinforced nano-concrete,can be prepared by adding fiber and nano-material in concrete,which has the characteristics of high ductility,good compactness and good durability,and It has become one of the hot spots in the research of concrete materials.However,there is currently no systematic study on the road performance of concrete mixed with steel fiber and nano-SiO2 bridge deck pavement.In view of this,in this paper,a new type of concrete for bridge deck pavement is prepared by adding steel fiber and nano-SiO2 to concrete.The effects of nano-SiO2 and steel fiber on the pavement performance of bridge deck pavement were studied by basic mechanical properties test,single-sided freeze-thaw test,impact resistance test and chloride ion penetration test.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The influence of nano-SiO2 and steel fiber on the compressive strength of concrete was studied through the compressive strength test of 33 specimens with dimensions of 150mm×150mm×150mm,and the corresponding influence rule was revealed.(2)The influence of nano-SiO2 and steel fiber on the tensile strength of concrete was studied through the splitting tensile strength test of 33 specimens with dimensions of 150mm×150mm×150mm,and the corresponding influence rule was revealed.(3)The influence of nano-SiO2 and steel fiber on the bending strength of concrete was studied through the bending strength test of 33 specimens with dimensions of 100mm×100mm×400mm,and the corresponding influence rule was revealed.(4)The influence of nano-SiO2 and steel fiber on the impact resistance performance of concrete was studied through the impact resistance test of 55specimens with dimensions of 150mm×150mm×150mm,and the corresponding influence rule was revealed.(5)The influence of nano-SiO2 and steel fiber on the chloride ion penetration resistance of concrete was studied by the chloride ion permeability test of 33specimens with a diameter of 100mm and a height of 50mm,and the corresponding influence rule was revealed.(6)The influence of nano-SiO2 and steel fiber on the frost resistance of concrete were studied through the single-sided freeze-thaw test of 55 specimens with dimensions of 150mm×110mm×70mm specimens,and the corresponding influence rule was revealed. |
