| In recent years,the steel fiber reinforced concrete has been widely concerned because of its high ductility,good tensile and shear properties.Due to the many aspects of the performance is better than that of ordinary concrete,has been applied more and more in practical engineering.Nano-SiO2 has the characteristics of small size effect and pozzolanic effect,it will fill the small voids in the concrete and make it more compact.However,in the present research,the influence on the concrete of steel fiber and nano-SiO2 dual role of the information is absent,for that reason,in this paper,determine the mix proportion of nano-particles and steel fiber reinforced concrete.Through the impermeability test,carbonization test,frost resistance test and the plate cracking test,analysis of concrete failure mechanism.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Through the carbonization test on 132 specimens(dimensions of 100mm×100mm×100mm),the impermeability test on 66 specimens(dimensions of 174mm×185mm×150mm),the frost resistance test on 33 specimens(dimensions of 100mm×100mm×400mm),the plate cracking test on 22 specimens(dimensions of 600mm×600mm×63mm),study on nano-SiO2 and steel fiber content influence on durability of concrete.The results indicate that proper amount of nano-SiO2 can improve the compressive strength,carbonation resistance,impermeability,frost resistance and crack resistance of concrete.The nano-particle content exceeds a certain range of unfavorable to improve the concrete durability;steel fiber can increase the compressive strength,carbonation resistance,frost resistance and crack resistance of the concrete in a certain range,but it can’t improve the impermeability of concrete. |
