Product semantics will deeply design factors into the user's spirit and psychology.Product design will introduce bionic modeling elements to integrate the aesthetic characteristics of biological external morphology with human aesthetic needs,which can increase the emotional characteristics of the product itself.Rehabilitation medicine is an important part of the trinity of prevention,treatment and rehabilitation in modern medicine.It is the defense line to improve the health quality of the whole people.In recent years,the state has issued policies to support and develop rehabilitation medicine.Therefore,it is a new idea for innovative design of rehabilitation products to effectively apply the principle of product semantics to bionic design of rehabilitation products.Rehabilitation product semantics is an important design language in modeling construction and an important basis for product innovative design.On the basis of studying the current situation of rehabilitation product design,product semantics and bionic design,this paper summarizes the basic theory of product semantics and bionic design,expresses the product semantics of "metaphor,metonymy and synecdoche" through rhetoric of bionic design,and establishes the correlation model between product semantics and bionic design expression.According to the functional modeling characteristics of work,physics and speech rehabilitation products,the semantic features of target rehabilitation products are divided into three layers: surface layer,volume layer and image layer.According to cognitive ability,users are divided into children and adults.The physiological,psychological and emotional semantic characteristics of the two groups of people are analyzed.The process of bionic design of rehabilitation products based on semantic features is constructed.Through feature image vocabulary,Likert scale method and cosine angle algorithm,image vocabulary matching with semantic features is screened.Bionic objects with appropriate image vocabulary are biomimetically extracted or reconstructed by parasitism of curves or surfaces.Kang is obtained by using neural network algorithm.The cluster center of complex product modeling determines its main feature surface,applies biological features to the main feature surface of rehabilitation products,and uses the fuzzy evaluation method to screen the optimal scheme.Finally,based on the design and research of the paper,the design practice of type ? A fumigation therapeutic instrument is carried out by using the method of semantic bionics,and the design scheme is evaluated by using the fuzzy evaluation algorithm.
