In this paper,a 1.5kW,9000 r / min permanent magnet synchronous motor for vacuum pump is designed.The operating characteristics,loss,temperature field,stress field and economy of the vacuum pump motor are analyzed and calculated.The main contents of the research are as follows:Firstly,the stator core structure,stator winding form,rotor magnetic circuit structure,permanent magnet material,winding form and sheath material are determined by analysis,and the main size parameters of the motor are calculated according to the design requirements of the motor.The working characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)of vacuum pump with Sus304,Sus430 and T700 carbon fiber sheathing are simulated and analyzed by using finite element software.The stator winding copper consumption,stator and rotor iron consumption and permanent magnet eddy current loss of the permanent magnet synchronous motor of vacuum pump under the three schemes of Sus304,Sus430 and T700 carbon fiber sheath are studied by means of the basic principle of motor loss,which is not magnetic conductivity stainless steel sheath,Sus430 magnetic conduction stainless steel sheath and T700 carbon fiber sheath.The eddy current loss and mechanical loss of sheath are analyzed,and then the stator copper consumption waveform,stator and rotor iron loss waveform,permanent magnet eddy current loss waveform and sheath eddy current loss waveform of three kinds of sheath schemes are analyzed by using finite element software.By comparing and analyzing the motor efficiency of three kinds of sheathed motor,the most reasonable motor scheme is obtained.The basic principle of heat transfer of motor is analyzed by analytic method,and the basic flow of temperature field simulation is determined.The temperature distribution of vacuum pump motor with Sus304,Sus430 and T700 carbon fiber sheathing were compared and analyzed by finite element software.Finally,the most reasonable design scheme was obtained by comparing the temperature distribution of each part of vacuum pump motor with three kinds of sheathed schemes: non-magnetic conducting stainless steel sheath,Sus430 magnetic conductive stainless steel sheath and T700 carbon fiber sheath.In this paper,the rotor stress of vacuum pump motor is analyzed theoretically,and the stress field of each part of the rotor of vacuum pump motor is simulated by using Sus304 unmagnetized stainless steel sheath,Sus430 magnetic conductivity stainless steel sheath and T700 carbon fiber sheath.Finally,the motor scheme which meets the design requirements is obtained.The effects of temperature,rotational speed and sheath thickness on the stress of motor rotor are analyzed,and the corresponding rules are obtained.The cost of several kinds of motor schemes is calculated according to the market price,and the performance analysis and cost analysis are combined to get a cost-effective motor scheme.
