In recent years,with the rapid development of vacuum application technology and the steady advancement of the “Made in China 2025” strategy,the vacuum pump industry has developed rapidly,and the types of vacuum pumps are increasing.Most vacuum pump products have been localized and batched.The main performance indicators of vacuum pumps are ultimate pressure,pumping rate,pumping capacity and compression ratio.These performance indicators are closely related to the drive motor used in vacuum pumps.In vacuum pump products,the drive motors are generally PMSM and induction motors,and the application of SynRM has almost no application in vacuum pumps.SynRM has the advantages of simple control,low loss,simple processing and low production cost.Compared with PMSM and induction motor,SynRM is more cost-effective so that SynRM have great potential in the vacuum pump industry.In this paper,a SynRM for 1.9kW vacuum pump is designed.The main parameters of the rotor structure are discussed,and the electromagnetic field,temperature field and stress field are simulated.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the types and main features of vacuum pumps.Introduces the basic structure,working principle and characteristics of SynRM,and then establishes corresponding mathematical models of SynRM for later analysis.Secondly,the SynRM designed in this paper adopts ALA rotor structure.The influence of rotor parameters on the performance of SynRM is analyzed such as the thickness of the magnetic barrier,the position of the magnetic barrier,the number of magnetic barrier layers and the magnetic barrier.Air ratio and the effect of rotor radial ribs and tangential ribs are also analyzed.During the discussion,the stator structure is always the same.Thirdly,introducing the electromagnetic field theory and the FEA theory of SynRM.According to the design index and customer demand,the electromagnetic field simulation calculation are carried out for the vacuum pump with 1.9kW synchronous reluctance motor.The modeling steps and parameter settings of the SynRM are briefly described.Through the simulation of the SynRM of the 1.9kW vacuum pump,the magnetic field distribution diagram,motor torque and torque ripple of SynRM are obtained.Through the post-processing of the simulation data,the power factor of the motor is 0.68,the efficiency is 85.5%,and the analysis result meets the design index.Finally,for the special working environment of SynRM for the vacuum pump,the temperature field finite element simulation of the motor is carried out.Aiming at the special rotor structure of SynRM,the finite element simulation of the stress field of the motor is also carried out.The simulation results meet the requirements of the index and verify the feasibility of the motor. |
