The spring damper is a commonly used cushioning device between the machine gun and the weapon platform,but the spring damper has some disadvantages such as low absorption rate,poor stability,and large rebound impact force.To this end,the relevant research units have been seeking a high-performance damper instead of a spring damper as a gun body damper to improve machine gun shooting performance.The study found that the nonlinear elastic colloidal damper has high energy absorption rate,low impedance,stable dampering and re-entry process,and can maintain good performance in the environment of-50℃ to250℃.Therefore,this paper explores the application of nonlinear elastic colloidal dampers to machine guns and weapon platforms,constructs a mathematical model of nonlinear elastic colloidal dampers and a dynamic simulation analysis model,studies the characteristics of nonlinear elastic colloidal dampers,and verifies the model through experiments.Accuracy provides technical support for improving machine gun shooting accuracy and reducing machine gun shooting.The main research contents of this paper are:Design and process a nonlinear elastomeric colloidal damper prototype based on the space constraints of the machine gun and weapon platform.Based on the viscoelastic properties of the colloid,the damping force formula and elastic force formula of the nonlinear elastic colloidal damper are solved according to the relationship between the resistance and displacement of the drop weight test and the static pressure test,and the mathematical model of the nonlinear elastic colloidal damper is derived..According to the variation law of the damping coefficient and elastic stiffness of the colloid,a dynamic simulation analysis model of the nonlinear elastic colloidal damper is constructed,and the accuracy of the model is verified by the drop weight test and the staticpressure test.The simulation and experimental results show that the maximum impedance of the nonlinear elastic colloidal damper obtained by different experiments and the maximum relative force of the model simulation are less than 5%.Therefore,the nonlinear elastic colloidal damper dynamics simulation model can basically reflect the nonlinear elastic colloid.The mechanical properties of the bumper.The temperature variation of the nonlinear elastic colloidal damper under continuous impact load is analyzed by simulation.The maximum damper temperature in the simulation is 256.13℃,which is slightly higher than the use requirement of colloidal 250℃,but considering the air circulation and intermittent impact in practical applications.Factor,it can be inferred that the damper basically meets the work requirements.According to the internal ballistic equation and the aftereffect period equation,the combined force of the bottom of a certain type of machine gun is solved.Combined with the nonlinear elastic colloidal damper dynamics simulation model,the pre-pressure of the damper is determined to be 800 N.The dynamic analysis model of machine gun firing muzzle disturbance is established.The influence of nonlinear elastic colloidal damper on the accuracy of machine gun firing is analyzed.The results show that the nonlinear elastic colloidal damper is used to reduce the impedance of the original spring damper by 23.1% and the energy absorption rate is improved.37.2%,the upper and lower direction of the muzzle is reduced by12.9%,and the left and right disturbance is reduced by 25%.Therefore,it is basically feasible to replace the spring damper as a gun body damper according to the research of nonlinear elasticity.
