In order to comply with the development trend of industrial intelligent manufacturing,design work must respond quickly to the needs of products,so the parametric design and analysis integration of grenades is imperative.The paper analyzes the requirements and design of the digital design and analysis integration system for grenades.Developed the structural parameter design module of the grenade,the 3D parametric modeling module based on UG secondary development,the launch load calculation and strength analysis module of the grenade.Developed a flight stability calculation program for grenade,integrating existing procedures for implementing internal ballistic calculations,aerodynamic calculations,and external ballistic calculations Formed a VR-based grenade digital design and analysis software system.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The overall design of system architecture,function and operation flow for VR-based grenades digital design and analysis system.Based on the analysis of the basic theory of grenade structure characteristics,the structure parameters of grenade are designed and the characteristic parameters of grenade are extracted,which provides a basis for further three-dimensional parametric modeling of grenade.(2)The UG secondary development technology based on batch processing mode used in the article realizes the function of automatic programming of software system call UG,and uses UG to complete the calculation of structural feature number of grenade model.The Visionary Render industrial engine is used to render the virtual reality of the 3D model,and the HTC Vive is used as the hardware platform to realize the demonstration of the grenade design and the interaction of the model.(3)On the basis of summarizing the calculation methods of load and stress and strain during the grenade launching process,the internal ballistic calculation program is integrated,and the load calculation and strength analysis module of the grenade is further developed to realize the function of the elastic stress and strain calculation.(4)The aerodynamic and external ballistic calculation program is integrated to realize the calculation of the aerodynamic parameters of the grenade and the external ballistic elements,and realize the data interaction between the modules.Provided parameters for the prepared grenade flight stability calculation program to complete flight stability calculation.(5)Based on the above research content,formed a digital design and analysis software based on VR grenades,and verified the integrated function of parametric design and analysis of grenade.The above research results provide valuable experience for the integration and development of digital design and analysis systems for ammunition.
