| As our country enters a new development stage,industrial upgrading and economic structural adjustment continue to accelerate,more and more urgent is the demand for skilled talents from all walks of life,and the important position and role of vocational education become more and more prominent.Automobile industry is one of the important pillar industries in the development of Chinese national economy.However,the problem of serious shortage of automobile professionals is increasingly prominent.One of the reasons is that the students do not practice enough in the school and the teaching resources are short,which makes the talents trained unable to meet the technical requirements of the industry.As an information communication medium,virtual reality technology has significant advantages in environmental construction,human-computer interaction,perceptivity and other aspects.The application of virtual reality technology to the teaching of automotive majors in secondary vocational schools can make up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching mode,reduce the harm caused by students’ misoperation,enrich the means of teaching in secondary vocational schools,and bring new learning experience to students.Promoting the growth of teaching level is conducive to the interest of classroom teaching,the three-dimensional knowledge,the information and sharing of teaching resources,which is conducive to better meet the needs of social development.The research content of this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1、The teaching design of automobile engine crankshaft disassembly and assembly in secondary vocational collegesThrough the in-depth analysis of the teaching content,complete the teaching design of automobile engine crankshaft disassembly,promote the optimization of teaching process,deepen students’ understanding of theoretical knowledge,make students more skilled in mastering the disassembly and assembly sequence of crankshaft.2、 Realization of virtual teaching platform for disassembly and assembly of automobile engine crankshaftDesign the overall idea of the structure cognition of crankshaft and virtual disassembly training in the platform,sort out,study and complete a series of development processes such as model construction,scene construction,function realization and human-computer interaction,so as to realize the construction of virtual teaching platform.3、Application of virtual reality technology in secondary vocational vehicle engine crankshaft disassembly and assembly teachingVirtual disassembly platform has a wide range of applications in automotive field.In view of the shortcomings of traditional teaching in secondary vocational schools,virtual reality technology is applied in the teaching of crankshaft disassembly and assembly of automobile engine.Two classes are selected for a controlled experiment.One class adopts the traditional teaching method,the other class adopts the combination of traditional teaching and virtual teaching.The advantages of virtual teaching platform in crankshaft disassembly and assembly teaching are found.Integrating virtual reality technology into the class of crankshaft disassembly and assembly in secondary vocational schools is an innovation in the teaching method of automotive major.The survey of students and the feedback of teaching results show that the research of this topic has played a positive role in the teaching of automotive major,especially in the practical teaching.It also has important reference significance for the development,updating and teaching reform of virtual simulation teaching resources. |
