Based on the given indicators and existing engineering design experience,this paper proposes the overall plan of the balance machine with super large tension,establishes the corresponding balance machine model,and carries out detailed analysis on each part of the balance machine.Because the unbalanced torque of the initial scheme is large,the compensation cylinder is introduced on the original scheme to optimize the balancing machine.Then,by optimizing the main parameters of the balancing machine,an ideal balancing machine design scheme is obtained.Considering that it is necessary to achieve the equal torque provided by the balancing machine and the heavy moment of the landing part within the entire range of the angle of the electromagnetic gun,the complete balance of the electromagnetic gun is achieved.Through theoretical analysis,under the guiding ideology of changing the force and the size of the force arm to change the torque,adjust the parameters of the cam and the air cylinder to achieve the complete balance technology of the balance machine.The calculation program is written using MATLAB software to obtain the contour curve of the cam.After determining the structural size of the cam,given the initial pressure of the air cylinder,different lengths of the air cylinder can be obtained.By analyzing the different initial pressures and lengths of the air cylinder,the optimal initial pressure and length of the air cylinder are obtained.In this paper,the unbalance moment of the electromagnetic gun is very large,and the deformation of each component of the balancing machine cannot be ignored.Through the Ansys software,the deformation amount of each part of the balancing machine is calculated,and the overall shape variable of the balancing machine is obtained.Then analyze the influence of the total deformation on the chamber pressure and cam radius of the balancing machine air cylinder to ensure that the balancing machine can still work normally under the action of large unbalanced torque.
