With the continuous acceleration of China's industrial modernization process,the definition of industrial construction has undergone a fundamental transformation.In the new century,the industrialization of science and technology has developed rapidly.It is no longer simply to meet the requirements of building residence for supporting industrial buildings.It is to meet the needs of industrial production and achieve the goal of increasing value for the economy.In particular,the construction of industrial buildings in some high-tech industrial projects is a challenging requirement for the use of industrial buildings.In order to meet the technological requirements of modern industry,the construction management methods of traditional engineering projects have had little effect.Under the influence of the new era,the development of science and technology is changing with each passing day.The use of various softwares is becoming more and more closely related to the construction industry.Its efficient information transmission method,new technology management methods,and the application of engineering management in the industrial construction stage gradually deepen.BIM(Building Information Modeling),as a modern information technology,and the application of contemporary digital technology and network technology and engineering technology,with its convenient model building function,extensive data exchange function,and unique information storage function,etc.The milestones of project management construction of industrial buildings.As far as the current development in China is concerned,BIM software is more used in the design stage of the project.The application of the construction phase is rough,and the application of industrial buildings containing a large number of special equipment is lack of.How to deepen the application of BIM software in the construction stage management is the direction that many scholars explore.Based on the application of BIM technology in the construction stage of industrial buildings,this paper expounds the construction management methods commonly used in the traditional construction process,and summarizes the shortage of traditional management methods in quality,cost and schedule management in traditional buildings.Comparative analysis of the role of BIM after the promotion of traditional project construction management,and introduced the advantages and shortcomings of BIM in the current project construction project management.The method of comparison analysis is used to select the most suitable method for importing BIM model,and the feasibility and necessity of industrial software import BIM in industrial building construction management are analyzed.The main factors in construction cost management are combined with BIM software and AHP analytic hierarchy process.,materials,equipment distribution plan;the use of comparative analogy method for the deep analysis of BIM in the construction schedule management,and finally combined with the management of the sewage treatment plant industrial construction project examples,the application of BIM in the industrial construction phase of the construction method Empirical.The research results of this paper will help to improve the project management of BIM technology in the industrial construction phase.
