Research On The Design Of Rural Homestay With Old And New Symbiosis

Rural settlements are the primitive cells of Chinese culture and the memory of the Chinese farming age.However,in the rapid urbanization in modern times,tens of thousands of traditional villages have been demolished,damaged and destroyed due to poverty,backwardness and decay.Although this phenomenon is curbed in the new urbanization,some old ideas are deeply rooted,and the impact of foreign cultures leads to the loss of local cultural self-confidence.The central government has launched the "construction of beautiful towns and villages","protection of traditional villages" and "rural revitalization strategy",so that the space,form,style and cultural inheritance and revitalization of traditional villages return to people’s attention.As a result,rural construction has become a hot spot in China’s social and economic development.But,because of inertia,conformism and lack of innovation,lead to rural revitalization in "copy according to the set of the pusher,blindly following and low-end innovation design",which makes the rural construction from the industry,the environmental features,to the home stay facility features appear a large number of repeat "homogeneity" design,function,or even to characteristics and the characteristics of the pursuit of "fraud" behavior,cracking,rural culture,rural context protective had destroyed again to continue.How to retain the traditional characteristics in the design of homestays to meet the needs of the new era and at the same time inherit the unique rural aesthetic is a problem that needs to be solved at present.In recent years,the country revitalization of the strategy of rejuvenating rural development with 19 large report received high attention,put forward rural home stay facility as the tourism products in the industry industry revitalization of load node,to the country of the third industry,tourism services of home stay facility industry presents new opportunities,at the same time,let the vacant home stay,dilapidated rural construction to bloom,changes the ugly decadent dilapidated buildings for the charm gracefuls and outstanding features of "can view and admire,can play,can live" the beauty of the resources,can get rich economic carrier.On the premise of historical heritage protection,this subject defines and judges the heritage and value in terms of the "symbiosis between old and new" of old buildings according to the regulations of the world and China(" protection ofhistorical and cultural heritage ").The related concepts and categories are defined and elaborated."Symbiosis" between the old and the new as a theoretical basis for the rural construction theory and the traditional conservation and renewal of old homes,and research and design practice,large patio ditch home stay in fuping county building as the research object,using literature analysis,the research on rural home stay facility and symbiosis between the old and the new status of related theory,selection of typical symbiosis between the old and the new rural home stay facility design practice,summarizes the practical experience and existing problems.This paper studies the design method of "old and new symbiosis" of rural homestays from five subsystems: location layout,concept positioning,target principle,theme planning,function conversion,symbiotic space and architectural style.The research results are tested with practical cases.So as to provide a reliable reference basis for the design of "products" of Chinese homestay for the revitalization of rural tourism industry.
