With the increasing number of motor vehicles in China,road congestion,traffic accidents and other traffic problems in the city have caused serious troubles for people.VANET(Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network) can make the transportation system of city intelligent,and alleviate road congestion,traffic accidents and other traffic problems in the city.At present,VANET is being built in China.In VANET,there are many security problems,which pose a major challenge to the construction of VANET.Aiming at this problems,traffic condition early-warning scheme for VANET based on blockchain proposed in this paper,which can alleviate road congestion,traffic accidents and other traffic problems effectively under the premise of safety.Main work of this paper is as follows:(1)The privacy protection problem of the vehicle identity in traffic condition early-warning scheme for VANET based on blockchain is studied.In VANET,the sharing of traffic condition early-warning messages is realized by communicating between the vehicle and the outside world frequently.In the process of frequent communication,it is easy to disclose the identity information of the vehicle.In this paper,the privacy protection of the vehicle identity in VANET is realized by using the vehicle pseudonym.(2)The security problem of traffic condition early-warning messages in traffic condition early-warning scheme for VANET based on blockchain is studied.The traffic condition early-warning in VANET depend on the sharing of traffic condition early-warning messages.If the wrong traffic condition early-warning messages are shared in VANET,the traffic condition early-warning cannot be achieved and more serious consequences could happen.In this paper,a traffic condition early-warning message needs signatures of multi-vehicles in the same road to ensure the correctness of it;traffic condition early-warning messages storing in Blockchain can provide a correct blockchian account book of traffic condition early-warning messages,which is helpful to realize the traceability of traffic condition early-warning messages.(3)The incentive mechanism in traffic condition early-warning scheme for VANET based on blockchain is studied.In this paper,the monetary incentive mechanism is used to encourage vehicles actively taking part in correct traffic condition early-warning in VANET.Vehicles that participate in the correct traffic condition early-warning messages forwarding and signature can be got a certain amount of compensation.(4)Under the Goland platform,the simulation experiment of traffic condition early-warning scheme for VANET based on blockchain is carried out.The experimental results and analysis show that the traffic condition early-warning in VANET can be achieved in proposed scheme through the active participation of the vehicles in the correct traffic condition early-warning messages forwarding and signature under the condition of ensuring the identity privacy security of the vehicles.In addition,this paper draws some conclusions for competing for the forwarding right of traffic condition early-warning messages and setting the difficulty value.Meanwhile,the storage overhead of the vehicle private key,public key for vehicle signature and the time cost of the vehicle traceability traffic condition early-warning messages are reduced to a constant.
