In recent years,China's railway industry has made great progress,but at the same time,the increase of train speed and load has brought stronger electrical interference to railway signal equipment,among which traction current is the most serious one.Cab signaling is an important equipment in the process of ground-vehicle information transmission in railway signal system.Before it is put into use,it must be tested scientifically and normatively to ensure its safe and reliable operation in the complex and changeable electromagnetic environment of railway field.Based on this background and relying on the laboratory test project,this paper studies and improves several key test indicators and test technology in the process of cab signaling anti-traction current interference test,in order to improve the test method and improve the accuracy of test results.Starting from the above research objectives,this paper establishes the test platform model based on electromagnetic field theory and finite element theory respectively,and completes the following three main tasks with two models:(1)Establish the corresponding relationship between the signal current of track circuit and the input voltage of cab signaling host.Based on Maxwell's equation and the relationship between current and voltage points in existing railway standards,the continuous corresponding relationship between amplitude and phase of cab signaling is established according to the actual needs of cab signaling production and testing.(2)Determine the key test indicators of interference injection under the voltage method test mode.By comparing and analyzing various ways of interference injection of traction current,and on the basis of guaranteeing the accuracy of test results,the voltage index corresponding to unbalanced traction current index in railway standard is put forward under the voltage method test mode,and the test steps are simplified,and the test efficiency is improved.(3)Quantitative requirements for key factors of test configuration are put forward.Two kinds of electromagnetic field models of test platform are used to simulate the influence of test platform layout on test results.The influence of rail specifications and cable laying on test results is quantitatively obtained.According to different error grade requirements of practical application in test,the corresponding test configuration index is put forward.According to the test verification on the actual test platform,the accuracy of the electromagnetic field model of the test platform established in this paper meets the requirements of immunity test,the research conclusion is correct,and the research goal of improving the cab signaling anti-traction current test index and improving the test technology is achieved.The relevant indicators proposed can be directly used in the future cab signaling anti-interference test.
