The reliability of the electric products is an important index for electrical appliancesproduct quality evaluation. Reasonable optimization designation can greatly improve theelectrical performance and reduce the manufacturing cost. Large-scale finite elementanalysis software ANSOFT is applied to the solution of numerical method in electricappliances based on the finite element analysis method of the railway signal relayelectromagnetic system electromagnetic distribution. Three dimensional magnetic field ofhigh precision mathematical model is established for the difficulty of calculation of therelay magnetic circuit structure distribution. The accuracy of the calculation results isacquired by improving the model accuracy and precisely analysis for post-processing. Thismain research content is as follows:First of all, according to the finite element analysis thinking, the three-dimensionalmagnetic field distribution of the promise relay electromagnetic system has been realizedby using ANSOFT software. And the suction and counterforce characteristic has beensimulated calculation, and its suction force characteristic curve coordination has beenanalyzed.Secondly, a three-dimensional model of relay coil was established to calculate ofinductance under different structure parameters, and the coil inductance nonlinear problemalso has been studied.Finally, the relay coil core magnetization process was simulated and electromagneticrelay electromagnetic suction system different core materials are simulated and analyzed.The results show that the study of railway signal relay based on the finite elementmethod, can make the change simulation of the audience domain of three-dimensionalmagnetic field in electromagnetic system be more accurate,and provide a reasonable basisfor the optimal design theory actual product. It is practical to reduce the duplicationprototype production, test cost and product design cycle.
