With the continuous development of modern society,the life needs of college students are becoming increasingly complex and diversified.Besides the consumption activities related to daily life,they also need rich and colorful exchanges and leisure activities.At the same time,under the background of university enrollment expansion,the construction of University City provides more room for the growth of University groups,and a number of commercial blocks with university students as the main object of service emerge.Compared with the general commercial districts in the city,the commercial districts within the University City are facing more diverse development needs.They should not only satisfy the commercial service functions similar to the general commercial districts,but also provide sufficient and appropriate activities and leisure space for college students.They also need to guide college students to consume reasonably,enrich their spare time life and cultivate their sentiments.The role of imperceptibility.Taking Cuihuyuan Commercial Street,Venus Commercial City,University City Commercial Center and Tianshi Square in Hefei University City as the research objects,starting from the actual construction and use of the blocks,combining with the development of College Students' consumption activities,this paper analyses students' consumption behavior from three dimensions of psychology,behavior and space,and on the basis of fully recognizing and analyzing the subject and object of the study.Through targeted and quantitative research methods to achieve research objectives.Specific research content mainly involves the following parts:(1)Spatial analysis of commercial blocks: dividing the functional relationship of spatial units and spatial boundaries of each research object,summarizing the block space involved in this study as commercial building interface,commercial moving line space and commercial auxiliary space from the theoretical level,and defining the corresponding landscape design elements in all kinds of spaces as the basis for subsequent research.(2)Research on the characteristics of consumer psychology: The research on the characteristics of consumer psychology is the basis of this paper.Based on the psychological preferences of students' consumption,the psychological characteristics of College Students' consumption groups are analyzed through questionnaire survey.It is concluded that college students pay attention to economic practicability,consumption activities are influenced by curriculum,time-sharing,group travel preference,high demand for public communication space and right attitude are obtained.On the basis of the characteristics of high requirement of sanitation environment,this paper further summarizes the elements and weights of landscape evaluation of commercial blocks with students' intention downward.(3)Study on the characteristics of consumer behavior: The distribution of consumer activities in commercial districts is not only a reflection of consumer psychology,but also a reflection of the objective use of the districts.However,the actual utilization situation may conform to or violate the original intention of the planners.Therefore,based on the analysis of the consumption activities in the neighborhood and combining with the spatial syntax,this paper demonstrates the correlation between the spatial accessibility and the flow of people in the neighborhood,which has a strong correlation.However,due to the improper use of some streets,the accessibility is high,but nobody cares about it.Therefore,we should pay attention to the improvement of their landscape environment.Goodness.(4)Study on the strategy of landscape design of commercial blocks under the characteristics of college students' consumption: Summarizing the results of the previous analysis,it is proposed that the landscape design of commercial blocks based on the characteristics of students' consumption should pay attention to humanized experience,construct public space with diversity and communication,pay attention to the development of innovative landscape and time-sharing construction principles,and refine the specific design according to the principles.Strategies,for various types of space landscape evaluation elements put forward the corresponding design strategies.
